1. About NearlyMart
NearlyMart is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace where independent
sellers list and sell their products. NearlyMart provides an online platform
to connect buyers and sellers but does not manufacture most of the products
available on the platform.
2. User Account
- You must provide accurate and complete information while registering.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- NearlyMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
3. Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- NearlyMart reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
- Customers will be notified in case of order cancellation.
4. Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes and delivery charges may be added during checkout.

7. Cancellation & Refund
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

8. Returns & Replacement
- Products can be returned only if they are eligible under our Return Policy.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

NearlyMart acts only as a marketplace facilitator.

- Upload viruses or malicious software.
- Use the platform for illegal activities.
- Violate any applicable laws.

All content including logos, graphics, images, website design,
text, and software is the property of NearlyMart or its licensors.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
NearlyMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform,
delayed deliveries, or third-party services.
13. Privacy
Your use of NearlyMart is also governed by our Privacy Policy,
which explains how we collect and use your personal information.
14. Modification of Terms
NearlyMart reserves the right to modify these Terms &
Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
